Episode 5: Synopsis Picking up the very instant Episode 4 ends, the dust settles on two very different fights. Yu-ri stands over the downed Janga and starts asking questions — why he came to MACHIDA, who set the Carabiner in motion, and what he knows about an Ash of Nue deal struck beyond TOKYO. When words get him nowhere, Yu-ri lets his blade answer, and Janga slowly grasps that this strange weapon, Ten, is no ordinary sword at all. Meanwhile the transformed Soujun tears through the streets with Utaki on his back and the Carabiner hot on their heels — until Sergeant Komori shoves a bakery girl to the ground, and Utaki decides someone badly needs to be taught a lesson. Then, as Janga bellows about the real terror of the Yamori-gumi, Yu-ri finally shows him the true power of Ten. Who is the genuine article here — and who only thought they were?
