Episode 20: PIT VIPER | DURRUN by Aito Kitazaki

Episode 20

Gejirow, underboss of the GEJI-GUMI, marches alone into CHOFU’s Restaurant District—MAMUSHI-GUMI territory—and demands an emergency meeting with Nishiki, the MAMUSHI-GUMI underboss. His proposal: recruit the Fuser as their weapon. But Nishiki, a man who saves his heat for a true life-or-death fight, coldly declares that the age of yakuza is over—and gives Gejirow one last chance to turn back. Meanwhile, Yu-ri recalls the day Ojiki forbade him from ever setting foot in CHOFU, and how its yakuza—once a refuge for outcasts—lost everything to a monster 18 years ago. Then smoke rises over the Restaurant District…
